Welcome to Mrs. Mc Kernan's website

Hello 7th graders!  I am so excited to begin another year here at Memorial.  I've been teaching for 21 years, and I've been in seventh grade for 19 of them.  My favorite thing about teaching is making connections with students and watching you grow as a student throughout the year.  

 

In my spare time I love to hang out with my husband, son, and daughter.  We just got a new puppy, and she is a little love.  I learned how to crochet and find that and scrapbooking extremely relaxing.  I love to read and I've been known to bust a move if a great song comes on the radio.  I spend my summers in Ocean City soaking up the sun!

 

This year I look forward to getting to know each of you.  I hope that you realize how unique you are and your confidence becomes stronger in your abilities across all areas of your life.  I really believe that this year will be fantastic!
