Youhave two days to show us what you can do. Get in shape NOW. Don’t wait. We will work hard all threedays and to keep up you must be in shape.IMPORTANT: All paperwork must be electronically signed by August 15, 2025 or you will not be ableto try out. An email was sent to your parents in May. The Preparticipation Physical Evaluation MedicalEligibility form and/or Health History Update Questionnaire form MUST be in the nurse’s hands byAugust 15, 2025.
