MEMORIAL GIRLS’ SOCCER TRYOUTS
FALL 2026
TRYOUT DATES
Monday, September 14, 2026
Tuesday, September 15, 2026
Wednesday, September 16, 2026 (If needed)
ALL TRYOUTS ARE FROM 2:15 – 4:30.
(We will walk over to Gill Road after school.)
 
PLEASE HAVE A RIDE HOME BY 4:30 FROM GILL ROAD.
ITEMS TO BRING:
Size 5 soccer ball
A white T-shirt
A dark colored T-shirt
Cleats
Shin guards
Sneakers
Soccer socks
YOUR OWN water bottle(s) FILLED
 
Come to the practice field fully prepared with shin guards, full socks, cleats, and soccer clothing. You
have two days to show us what you can do. Get in shape NOW. Don’t wait. We will work hard each day
and to keep up you must be in shape.

IMPORTANT: All paperwork must be electronically signed by August 15, 2026 or you will not be able
to try out. The Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Medical Eligibility form and/or Health History
Update Questionnaire form MUST be in the nurse’s hands by August 15, 2026. IF ALL OF YOUR
PAPER WORK IS NOT TURNED IN BY THE DEADLINES, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED
TO TRYOUT!!!! More information can be found on the Memorial website under students then
interscholastics sports and on the Memorial website under Our School then Nurse.

● Knowledge of game
● Intangibles
You have two months to practice each skill and get in shape. Take Advantage!
