But somehow, every year, January arrives without asking permission... and then we get the emails:

🚨 The deadline to submit an 8th Grade Parent Ad is January 15, 2027.
If you have an 8th grader and want to embarrass... I mean celebrate... them with adorable childhood pictures and a heartfelt message they’ll pretend not to love, now is your chance. ❤️
And while you’re there, ORDER THE YEARBOOK. Future You will be very grateful that September You handled it.
Please don’t wait until the deadline and then discover that time, unfortunately, remains non-negotiable. 😂
