Welcome to Team 8-1 Math and Algebra!

Welcome to my webpage!  I have been teaching at Medford Memorial Middle School since 1998. That's a lot of years (...I'll let you do the math 😉)!  I am originally from Bayport, L.I., N.Y.  After leaving Long Island, I attended Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Mathematics.  My teaching career started in a High School in a small district in Gloucester County, but I have spent the majority of my career teaching 8th grade math and Algebra 1 at Memorial School. 

My husband and I have been married for over 25 years.  We have two children and a Labradoodle named, Winnie.  My daughter is a recent college graduate and my son is a freshman in college. We love to be outdoors enjoying the woods and the beach. 

I am excited to lead another group of students through the wonderful world of Mathematics.  Together we will navigate through this journey, laughing and learning along the way. I love teaching the students at Memorial!
