Transcript requests information
Transcript request for private schools:
Contact Marie Lamb @ ext. 8323
Requests will be sent on the following dates:
First trimester:
- First mailing week of October 22nd (mid-point- progress report only)
- Second mailing week of December 17th 1st trimester
If you would like information sent during the 1st mailing (prior to 1st trimenster grade completion) please contact Ms. Lamb to arrange. (ext 8323)
If transcripts or recommedations are requested through any online system, (i.e. Ravanna etc.), please CONTACT by email or phone to let them know a request has been made. Online requests go to our system junk mail and can be easily missed.
All private school transcript requests must include a parent signature or be submitted by a parent in writing with a parent signature.
