📸 Haines Yearbook Club Wednesdays | Year-Long Commitment

Date: Our first meeting will be October 15th.

Meeting Time: Until 3:10 PM

Location: Haines Sixth Grade Center

Club Advisors:

What We Do: The Haines Yearbook Club creates the school’s annual yearbook, capturing the spirit and highlights of the sixth-grade year. In the fall, students brainstorm the theme, layout, and cover design. From October to April, teams collaborate to build page mockups, write copy, edit layouts, and photograph school events.

Skills You’ll Build:

  • Planning & organization

  • Teamwork & accountability

  • Photography & layout design

  • Copywriting & editing

  • Project management to meet real-world deadline

Why Join? By the end of the year, you’ll have helped produce a high-quality keepsake that celebrates the friendships, milestones, and memories of your time at Haines. It’s a chance to leave your mark—and learn a ton along the way.

Transportation & Updates:

  • Students may take the late bus (with a purchased pass) or be picked up in front of Haines.

  • Meeting dates and changes will be announced via Homeroom Headlines and posted on this page.
