Trimester 3:

We are so excited to begin!  Our first meeting will be Thursday, April 2nd at 2:15pm.  The club will run to approximately 3:05.  The club will run every Thursday after school when late buses are available until June 4th.  If late buses are cancelled, the club will also be canceled.
The club will be held in the Media Center @ Memorial School.   For the first club meeting, Haines members will gather at the Haines cafeteria and then be escorted to Memorial. Thereafter, Haines members are expected to come to the Media Center after dismissal on club days.
Students must be present for at least half of the school day in order to participate in the club that day.  Appropriate behavior is expected.  The first offense is a warning. A second offense will result in the termination of participation in the club.
As you are aware, your child will require transportation home.  Pick-up will be at the front of Memorial School (55 Mill Street).  Or if they have purchased a late-bus pass they are able to ride the late-bus home.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
